Sunday Summer Sounds

We have the pleasure to have Amiria Grenell playing this Sunday!

Head on down to Pegasus Arms
Sunday 4th March
3 - 6pm | Free entry

New Zealand new folk luminary Amiria Grenell recently released her third album through her own label Quiet Bird Records. The stunning album ‘Autumn’ departs from her second album, the Tui Award winning ‘Three Feathers’.

Hailing from a large musical family (her father is country legend, John Grenell), she has spent the past 10 years performing extensively around the country, a regular at arts festivals, and as a member of the Fly My Pretties cast.

As well as organizing her own tours, she also performs in folk duo The Swan Sisters and as children's entertainer Mea the musical pixie. Her style is a mix of dreamy folk, a touch of country and a dash of pop & reggae.

- Winner NZ Music Awards Best Folk Album 2012
- Finalist NZ Music Awards Best Folk Album 2016

Every Sunday through February and March, from 3pm til 6, we will have some of Christchurch's' most well-known singer/songwriters playing their own songs with a sprinkling of cool covers.

Everyone's a winner! Not to be missed! Step out and enjoy.
